Sample Creation: A physical sample (prototype) is crafted by skilled artisans. Sample lead time: 1-2 weeks making paper/synthetic mock up for seeing image, and it takes 2-4 weeks for leather phototype (PU/PVC) for approval.
Sample Review & Revisions:The client reviews the sample for design, functionality, and quality. Revisions are made until final approval.
Final Spec Confirmation: Confirm all details regarding dimensions, materials, stitching, labels, and packaging.
Production Planning: Schedule production, finalize procurement of materials and hardware. Production deposit is made prior to mass production.
Manufacturing: Handbags are produced in batches with skilled labor and machinery. Lead time: 6-8 weeks for available color leathers in stock, for dyeing new colors, it will require at least 4 more additional weeks for dyeing.
In-Line Quality Control: Quality is monitored during production to ensure consistency.
Final Quality Inspection: Each unit is inspected for defects in construction, stitching, finishing, and packaging. Lead time for QC is 1-2 weeks.
The balance payment will be done before delivery/shipment effected. Final QC lead time: 1-2 weeks.
